Hi, I’m Tiffany. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and adoption-competent therapy (TAC).
At Breakthrough Beginnings, LLC, I provide individual, family, relationship, and adoption-competent therapy. Through my Training for Adoption Competency (TAC), I specialize in supporting adoptees, adoptive families, foster families, and individuals navigating attachment, trauma, identity, and life transitions.
My approach is nonjudgmental, supportive, and strengths-based. I integrate DBT principles, trauma-informed care, and adoption-competent practices to help clients build emotional regulation, improve relationships, and develop effective coping skills.
