YMCA Indoor Triathlon
YMCA of The Coosa Valley Indoor Triathlon
Junior, Adult & Senior Divisions will be available for competitors:- Junior Divison: ages 12-17
- Adult Division: 18-59
- Senior Division: ages 60+
- 15 min of lap swims in our 25-yard indoor pool.
- 30 min of cycling on our stationary bikes.
- 20 min of running on our treadmills.
- Non-Members: $40
- Members: $34

- On the hour between 8 AM to 2 PM
