Come learn about the Alabama Career Center System's OJT programs designed to provide reimbursement to employers for the extraordinary costs associated with hiring & training of individuals eligible for the service. This reimbursement serves as an incentive to encourage employers to hire individuals who do not have all of the required skills for a particular job.
