Join the The Chamber & Rise and Shine Wellness Center LLC for a ribbon cutting at their recently opened wellness center in Downtown Gadsden. Rise and Shine Wellness Center LLC provides a facility for people to use wellness products and other tools that may improve their health. Come meet the owner, Kelly White, & congratulate her on the recently established business.
