Neely Henry Lake Association Meeting

Please make plans to attend the March 7th 2019 Neely Henry Lake Association meeting at the Rainbow City Community Center located at 3702 Rainbow Drive in Rainbow City, Alabama.  The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m.

We are extremely fortunate to have as our speaker professional “Bassmaster Elite” angler Matt Herren who will discuss fishing opportunities on Neely Henry Lake.  Mr. Herren (who resides in Ashville, Al) is a full time professional angler who has been very successful competing for eleven years in “Bassmaster Elite” series tournaments.  The success Matt has achieved at this level of competition clearly demonstrates his level of expertise and establishes him as one of the best fisherman in the country.


 

The central theme of his presentation will be spring fishing on Neely Henry reservoir.  He will focus on prime locations, methods/techniques, preferred tackle/equipment (e.g. reels, rods, lures, lines etc.) and variables such as changing water levels, water turbidity, weather conditions etc.   

We know that many attendees will have questions and ample time will be offered for a question and answer session.

*The “Bassmaster Elite” series  with its many tournaments throughout the United States (including the famous“Bassmaster Classic”) has for almost 50 years provided  the most prestigious and competitive fishing tournament events  in the United States.
