Free Class! Here at Yoga Aims Studio, we strongly believe that looking good begins with feeling good. One of the significant benefits of yoga is stress relief.
That is why we are happy to offer this initial Mindfulness/Self-Awareness Yoga Practice for everyone. This class involves a practice of pranayama (breathing) and yoga poses, designed to enhance blood flow (especially to the central nervous system) and to strengthen the mind and body, leading to mental clarity and physical flexibility.
