Intro to Aerial Yoga 3 (All Levels) at Yoga Aims Studio
Reservation is required at www.yogaaimsstudio.com. Click EVENTS, Intro to Aerial Yoga For beginners (no previous yoga experience), this introduction to aerial yoga class is the best for you. The class involves floor/mat yoga poses done with the silk hammock, including suspended planks, inversions, headstand, and handstand.
This is led safely and properly by a certified aerial yoga teacher and a registered/certified yoga teacher at a Yoga Alliance-registered yoga school. How about becoming a kid again with the added benefit of feeling and looking well?
It is a fun, exciting and enjoyable practice. 8 spots available, $20 per person. Bring your own mats or rent from us for $2 each (Manduka mats).
