Aimee Quizon invites you to a “Vinyasa Yoga and Pranayama Retreat” in the beautiful Sowal beaches. Aimee will lead daily yoga private sessions which include Meditative Flow, Yin Yoga with Thai Yoga Bodywork-Massage, Hot Yoga, and Power Vinyasa. Classes are designed for all levels with lots of modifications. The Pranayama portion of the retreat involves a variety of mindful breathing techniques. Fee includes Home for 2 nights located at the very quaint Prominence 30 North, breakfast meals, healthy snacks and great wine.
During the 2-day, 2-night retreat, you will enjoy the white sands and sun on the beach, sunrise and sunset, resort-style private swimming pool, delicious food and healthy drinks which are abundant on 30A beaches (Grayton, Seaside, Seagrove, Watersound, Alys, Rosemary).

Aimee Quizon is the founder/owner of Yoga Aims Studio, a specialty yoga studio and yoga school (200-hour teacher training) in Etowah County, located in Downtown Gadsden, AL, USA. Yoga has brought strength and balance in her life. She wants to share the myriad benefits of yoga at a lesser cost. Thus, Yoga Aims Studio was born.
Aimee leads intelligently-sequenced, properly-aligned, and breath-coordinated yoga practices. She has great knowledge of the human body (she earned a degree in Doctor of Medicine and worked in OB-Gyn and Family Medicine). She currently holds Yoga Alliance designations of E-200 RYT and YACEP. She is the lead trainer of Yoga Aims Studio’s 200-hour teacher training certification (registered with Yoga Alliance). Aimee is certified in Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, SUP Yoga, and Thai Yoga Bodywork. She is currently enrolled in a 300-hour teacher training.
