Chamber Councils are monthly roundtable session hosted by The Chamber. There are 4 Councils: Nonprofits, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, & Finance & Administration.

• The importance of “Measuring” performance based on goals – How to track and measure.
• S.M.A.R.T. Goals defined – Difference between goals and activities.
• Goal Alignment – Value of top to frontline alignment.
• The two areas that an evaluation is based on - Performance and Behavior.
