WMGJ Radio presents the thirty-first annual city-wide observation of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on Monday, January 16, 2017 at Convention Hall at 6:00 P.M.. We will honor Dr. King's vision and work with music by The Talladega College Choir and a special candle-light ceremony in honor of local unsung heroes.

This celebration is free and open to all. Join WMGJ Radio, The City of Gadsden, and Etowah County as we remember one of the Twentieth Century's most influential persons; Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
The featured speaker is Attorney Elaine Harris Spearman, a lifetime warrior and foot soldier for civil and human rights and a Gadsden native. We look forward to seeing you at Convention Hall on Monday, January 16th at 6:00 P.M..
